(extrusion regain varies with the pulp,sizing object,type of machine,temperature,pressure,speed,etc.)To calculate simply,to estimate the concentration of pulp first and then to calculate the needend amount of HD-900 according to the following formula:

Step:
1.measuring the amount of HD-900 pulp according to the process
2. Adding the cool water whose volume is 80% of total into the surge tank with high-speed stirrer
3. Turning on the stirrer
4. Pouring the pulp into the tank slowly
5. Turning on the steam 10 minuter later, temperature is 95°C;
6. Mixing for 45 minuters under the constant temperature of 95°C
7. Adding water to needed volum(heat water is the best)
8. Mixing fully and uniformly ,then rising the temperature at the need of process
9. Turning off the high-speed stirrer,then turning on the low-speed stirrer to prepare for using.
Temperature needed:The pulp have good adhesion and permeation ability when it exists between 50°C and 100°C.The client can decide the temperature according to the sizing object,equipment,practice habit and quality of steam.It is specially noticed that the change of temperature will lead to the change of the sizing ratio.
Attention:
1.Shouldn't be used together with other additives ,metamorphic starch and the derivation of starch,etc.
2.Shouldn't be added to the heat water above 50°C directly,to avoid agglomerating to effect the dissloving
3. The period of validity is 9 months from leaving factory.Shouldn't be kept under high-temperature and high-humidity condition for a long time once it has been opened
Desizing method: Because of the excellent solvency in water,the alkali-enzyme desizing process of chemical pulp and ordinary mixed pulp can be adopted according to the compose of fabric,and the temperature and water bath ratio may also be reduced corresponding .The enzyme-thermal desizing process is feasible for thin silk,artifical cotton,fuchun spinning.
